Kodiak EV Golf Carts Warranty Details

CART PART PROS, LLC/KODIAK EV hereby assures that any new Kodiak EV acquired from CART PART PROS, LLC or any Authorised Kodiak EV Dealer in the United States will be free of material and workmanship defects for two (2) years from the date of purchase, subject to the limits set out below. DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD and/or 2400 miles, whichever comes first, any authorised KODIAK EV service technician or KODIAK EV Dealer will repair or replace (at KODIAK EV’s choice) any part judged by KODIAK EV to be defective owing to faulty factory workmanship or material.

All warranty replacement parts become the property of CART PART PROS, LLC/Kodiak EV. The warranty is transferrable to a new owner for the remaining mileage or time period of the original sale date.

PACKAGE OF LITHIUM BATTERY

ECO Lithium batteries are covered by a direct warranty through ECO Battery LLC. Exclusions to this Warranty include:

• Abnormal strain, carelessness, or abuse, including improper maintenance and use according to the Owner’s/Operator’s Manual. Kodiak EV recommended that an authorised professional perform routine maintenance inspections every six (6) months.
• Accidental, collisional, inappropriate transportation, theft, or vandalism damage.
• CART PART PROS, LLC/Kodiak EV or an Authorised Dealer installs non-original equipment components or accessories.
• Fading, rusting, or deterioration of any original vehicle components or those replaced during routine maintenance as a result of exposure or normal wear and tear.
• Modifications or alterations that influence the condition, operation, performance, or durability of the vehicle.
• Items requiring routine maintenance, typical wear and tear, cosmetic degeneration, or electrical components damaged due to variations in electrical current.
• Acts of God, such as lightning, hail damage, flooding, fire, and other natural disasters, or other circumstances over which Kodiak EV has no control.
• Noises caused by regular wear and tear and proper vehicle use three (3) months after purchase.
